1. Who we are
Pravaha Cloud is a brand of Shree Harven Technologies ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every service you buy from us: domains, hosting, cloud servers and email.
2. Your account
You must give correct name, address, phone and email details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account.
3. Payment and renewal
Services are paid in advance. Prices are in Indian rupees and GST is added as applicable. Services renew at the end of each term unless you cancel. If payment is not received, the service may be suspended and later removed.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a service that is used for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content or attacks on other systems.
5. Backups and data
We keep regular backups, but you are responsible for keeping your own copy of important data.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
