1. Hosting and email
New hosting and email plans can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund of the plan price.
2. Domains
Domain registrations and renewals cannot be refunded once processed, because the registry charges us immediately.
3. Cloud VPS
Cloud VPS is billed monthly and is not refundable for the month already started. You can cancel at any time to stop the next bill.
4. How to cancel
Cancel from your client area or write to billing@pravahacloud.in. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
