1. What we collect
Your name, email, phone, billing address, GSTIN (if given), payment records and the technical logs needed to run and secure our services.
2. Why we use it
To provide and bill for your services, register domains in your name, send service messages, give support, and meet legal duties under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and CERT-In directions.
3. Who we share it with
Only with partners needed to deliver your service, such as domain registries, payment gateways and data centre providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
4. Where it is stored
Customer data is stored in data centres in India wherever possible.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@pravahacloud.in.
